I had a superb stay at a lovely hotel with a great room and superb staff! The master bedroom was large and comfortable, and the living room had a spacious dinette table and a solid, comfortable sofa bed. The kitchenette with a decent-sized oven and fridge was a nice surprise. The receptionist Claire was professional and attentive, going above and beyond to resolve any issues. She even provided her own umbrella on a rainy day when all the other hotel umbrellas were in use. The hotel is conveniently situated, just a short Uber ride away from the train station and the beautiful old town. I highly recommend this hotel for its excellent accommodations and really good service.

The location was perfect, right beside the Zoo and right next to the large park, lovely. Being in a quiet place near a beautiful park was a great advantage. I was happy to have another area to hang out in.

The service was top-notch, with room service and housekeeping available. The room was well-appointed with all the amenities one could need, including a fully stocked mini-bar, free Wi-Fi, and a flat-screen TV. The terrace was a lovely spot to enjoy the garden furniture and take in the surroundings.

The bed was really comfy and the room was clean. The hotel is conveniently located near a park, great for taking a walk or having a picnic. The staff was friendly and spoke English, made communication easier.

The hotel lacked some basic amenities like chairs and a table on the balcony. There were no drinks available in the room and we had to go through some trouble to get water.
