Friendly staff, convenient location near bus routes and a nearby park. Spacious apartment with separate sitting room and bedroom, ideal for three people. Good breakfast selection and well-maintained, clean rooms. Peaceful residential area with grocery shops nearby. Easy access to city center.

I had a superb stay at a lovely hotel with a great room and superb staff! The master bedroom was large and comfortable, and the living room had a spacious dinette table and a solid, comfortable sofa bed. The kitchenette with a decent-sized oven and fridge was a nice surprise. The receptionist Claire was professional and attentive, going above and beyond to resolve any issues. She even provided her own umbrella on a rainy day when all the other hotel umbrellas were in use. The hotel is conveniently situated, just a short Uber ride away from the train station and the beautiful old town. I highly recommend this hotel for its excellent accommodations and really good service.

The location was perfect, right beside the Zoo and right next to the large park, lovely. Being in a quiet place near a beautiful park was a great advantage. I was happy to have another area to hang out in.

I recently stayed at a luxury hotel here and it was fantastic! The location was perfect, situated in a beautiful and affluent residential area and very close to a large park. The service was top-notch, with room service and housekeeping available. The room was well-appointed with all the amenities one could need, including a fully stocked mini-bar, free Wi-Fi, and a flat-screen TV. The terrace was a lovely spot to enjoy the garden furniture and take in the surroundings.
I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

The bed was really comfy and the room was clean. The hotel is conveniently located near a park, great for taking a walk or having a picnic. The staff was friendly and spoke English, made communication easier.
The hotel lacked some basic amenities like chairs and a table on the balcony. There were no drinks available in the room and we had to go through some trouble to get water.

The Warwick Reine Astrid offers incredible value with spacious apartment rooms, a gym, sauna, and a restaurant and bar. The location is close to a lovely park, perfect for morning walks or jogs. The staff is friendly and helpful, making it a great place for both a stopover or a longer stay.

The location of the hotel is great, as it is close to the convention center and a beautiful botanic garden. The breakfast provided was delicious, with fresh fruits and a pancake machine. The room was larger than expected and the bathroom was clean. The terrace was lovely and the staff were helpful.
The receptionists were unhelpful and arrogant, showing a lack of professionalism.
